Pet Homes Direct is based in the Southern-Brisbane Suburb of Moorooka . We are a full time team of two - Phil handles the responsibiltiy of sales and shipments, product range and purchases, imports, The wife handles the paperwork and the dreaded finances.

Pet Homes Direct was born from the frustration caused by limited stocks of Good Quality Pet products in retail pet stores and the high prices that generally came with the range of Pet products that were available.

So we decided to approach the overseas manufacturers of these products and buy direct .

Problems and Returns.

• Should you be unhappy with the item received or should you like to return the product for any reason then please contact us
• If you do not contact us about problems then we wont be able to help
• I can guarantee that if you do contact us we will give a fair and reasonable solution to every problem.
• In the case of a faulty item or an item that does not match description we offer full refunds once the item has been returned and we even cover the return shipping costs.
• In the case of a change of mind we will happily refund purchase price once the item has been received back in saleable condition
• But we do not refund any of the shipping costs as these are costs of the transaction so please choose carefully.
